Bärnstensfärgad vätska med tunt och snabbt försvinnande skumlock. Aromer av karamell, gräddkola, lite gräs och lite bröd. Kantig maltighet utan rundör, nästan lite väl fyrkantig. Karamell återkommer i smaken och möter en rivig gräsig beska som inte riktigt landar i harmoni med smaken, tänk bildligt okammat, rufsigt hår där frisyren drar åt alla håll, samtidigt.

(Bottle) Dark brown colour, almost black, with brief bubbly head. Malty, roasty nose with dark chocolate, toasted coconut, raisins, butterscotch, coffee and vanilla. Malty, roasted, sweetish taste with notes of chocolate, toasted coconut, raisins, butterscotch, fudge, coffee, vanilla and a mild cacao bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, sweet. A bit of a caramel and chocolate bomb. Rich, strong, sweet and tasty. Very nice.

Pours clear copper brown with a thick head. Aroma is toffee, syrup and brown sugar. Sharp mouth feel. Flavour is toffee, pencil, dark berries and a hint of licorice.

An interesting and aromatic sour beer, a perfect union between the sourness and the fruits, side of peach, mango, passion fruit, half sweet, tart, dry malt, some hop at the final, a good friend for the summer, a kind of beer unknown in my country, 26.12.20, at Epalinges

(Bottle) Dark brownish black colour with brief, bubbly head. Malty, roasty, spicy nose with notes of dark chocolate, tobacco, dark bread, orange and cinnamon. Malty, roasty, spicy taste with cacao, tobacco, butterscotch, orange, vanilla, honey, coconut and cinnamon. Vinous and warming finish. Low bitterness. Almost full body, sweet. Sweet, smooth, spicy and quite powerful. Well balanced cinnamon character. Very nice.

Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild toffee tones. Flavour is toffee, nectar, some fruity and floral tones with mild biscuity tones as well as quite strong resin and bitterness too.
