Tap at KT. The body is great of course, but it is over herbed. More coriander than chamomile to me but either way a little green, gardeny feel. Mouthfeel and overall quality carry it through.

Tap at KT. Pleasant Rye IPA. Classical West Coast Hops give it a slightly San Diego feel. No juice, decent bitterness, a little rindy even. Clean, well attenuated. Great body like other KT beer.

Tap at KT. Cloudy yellow-tan body. Awesome, clean mouthfeel, nice carbonation. Cool yeast tones, a lot going on but all under control and lovely. Finishes with some fruity undercurrents. World Class, excellent stuff.

Tap at KT. Pale cloudy yellow-tan body. Delicate, light bodied. Bright carbonation, delicious, zesty, but fully balanced and refined. Excellent stuff.

Sovereign on a work trip. Hazy, amber honey, frothy tulip. Lemon honey, sweet n sour cherry with a bit of floral dominate the nose. Taste is lots of husky sour cherry & chamomile herbal. Touch of fruit leather sweetness & extra floral run to the tail. Thin, low carb, lime soda, very slight chem. Tasty.

Almost still, hazy, orange-honey, stemware pour at Sovereign. Nose is big on orange oil, secondary on lemon black tea, with some herbal freshness down the middle. Mellow twang, lots of apricot & orange tartness, with a touch of potpourri & a tail end of herbal bitterness. Lingering acid, mellow tannins, thin with a slight lingering of coriander. Really good.

Hazy gold wine glass at Sovereign. Papaya, pedestrian funk, tart apple nose. Soft, melon, apple spice, black pepper, light yeasty fruitiness. Delicate, low CO2. Tasty.

Sovereign DC on draught: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is another unique bouquet: earthy, citrusy, floral, just hops. Definitely funky and well guided. Tangy, effervescent, bright and funky. Excellent.

Draught at Sovereign DC: pours clear gold with fluffy white head. Aroma is super aromatic, floral, spicy, some fruitiness. Good bouquet. Taste is pretty light. Sweet. Lightly sweet. Not acidic at all. Quality.
