Sovereign on a work trip. Hazy, amber honey, frothy tulip. Lemon honey, sweet n sour cherry with a bit of floral dominate the nose. Taste is lots of husky sour cherry & chamomile herbal. Touch of fruit leather sweetness & extra floral run to the tail. Thin, low carb, lime soda, very slight chem. Tasty.

Almost still, hazy, orange-honey, stemware pour at Sovereign. Nose is big on orange oil, secondary on lemon black tea, with some herbal freshness down the middle. Mellow twang, lots of apricot & orange tartness, with a touch of potpourri & a tail end of herbal bitterness. Lingering acid, mellow tannins, thin with a slight lingering of coriander. Really good.

Hazy gold wine glass at Sovereign. Papaya, pedestrian funk, tart apple nose. Soft, melon, apple spice, black pepper, light yeasty fruitiness. Delicate, low CO2. Tasty.

Sovereign DC on draught: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is another unique bouquet: earthy, citrusy, floral, just hops. Definitely funky and well guided. Tangy, effervescent, bright and funky. Excellent.

Draught at Sovereign DC: pours clear gold with fluffy white head. Aroma is super aromatic, floral, spicy, some fruitiness. Good bouquet. Taste is pretty light. Sweet. Lightly sweet. Not acidic at all. Quality.

Bottle at SP Invitational. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is nice floral, lemon zest, funk. Thin body, citrus, oak, light funk, crushable, enjoyed this.

Snallygaster: pours orange with off white head. Aroma is lightly funky, mild fruitiness. Woody. Taste is not really sour. Slightly tart. Nice aftertaste. Shiso is a nice touch.
