The third beer I picked up on my drive-by of this Brewery. Exactly as a hazy IPA should look. Very bright flavor, tropical fruits little bit of resin, a fair bit of citrus too. Over a fairly dry, hay malt. Minor bitterness, an little citrus pith on the finish. Tasty and quite nice.

Can bought from the brewery. I recently had Gusher # 11, and it was thick and juicy and clearly carbonating in the can. This one of the series might be the ugliest beer I have ever seen. Now, I normally don't care on how a beer looks, but... pours a murky, thick almost viscose looking halloween vibrant green/blue. Nose is vanilla and sugar. Taste is sugar, mostly pineapple, but syrup and vanilla too. It's thick. Mild carbonation bite, but not much visible bubbles. And if there is any sour in this one, I'm not getting it. I can't but wonder, is this what they intended? #11 was brewing away in the can, this is low fizz and very sweet. Was there supposed to be a secondary fermentation that didn't happen? And why is it that color? Just a bunch of dye I supppse.

Picked up in a drive by the brewery. The staff member mentioned to keep the sours cold. I though, "to keep them fresh". In hindsight, I realized she meant, " to keep the beer from exploding because it's still Brewing." Yep these are can conditioned? I did realize until about a week later when the can distended. Guess the power outage at the cottage put it over the edge, not that it ever got particularly warm. Opening the can really brought the name gusher home. Lots of orange thick juice head, everywhere. The taste is straight mango juice, thick plupy mango juice. Lots of carbonation, maybe because I left it too long, so your experience might be different. It's sweet, not with a notable malt background, or much in the way of sour. It's just essentially a mildly boozy, fizzy, mango juice, which is the fruit that dominates. Understand what it is, and it's pretty tasty. It's not much of a sour. And don't let it sit.

473ml can. Murky, pale yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small to average, frothy, fading, white head. Dank, piney and citrusy fruity, minimalyl tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and slightly wheaty malty background, notes of pine needles, grapefruit, some lime, no "pure" tropical fruity flavours without aspects of coniferes or even rosemary. Taste is quite bitter, citrusy fruity and piney hoppy, oaty and wheaty malty, minimally biscuity, pale basis with some residual sweetness, notes of lemon, grapefruit, hints of pine needles, lime, every indication of tropical fruity flavours merges to piney and resinous; minimally more citrusy and sweet-ish, biscuity finish.
Creamy-watery texture, slightly dry and somehow minimally "crumbly" palate, fine, prickly carbonation.
Very nice composition, rather piney and bitter for a New England style IPA - pretty good!
