Description
With over 40 years of growing apples in the Beaverton, Or. Our family farm decided to get into the hard cider business. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of apples and only using whole local ingredients. We dedicated 19 acres of our farm to create the highest standard of cider. Meant to enjoy with friends and delicious food.

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some weird funkiness, lots of apple acidity, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is likewise odd but becomes more palatable with more sips, revealing sweet apples, medium-high acidity, light funk, and some champagne-like effervescence. It sort of works but isn’t the most complex or cohesive farmhouse cider. Decent.

From a can. this was delicious. Smooth and sweet lime and cider flavor. Very easy to drink. Im not sure it is fermented. --- Beer merged from original tick of Brazilian Limeade on 23 Nov 2024 at 17:08 - Score: 7

A lightly rosey cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart apples and light citrus. In mouth, a nice tart mix of tart lime, apples, light acidity, very nice. On tap at La Familia Cidery.

12 oz can poured. Cider flight for football Sunday. Pale pinkish gold appearance. Apple dominates berry, but its there. Sharp front, apple linger. Tart finish. Good overall, but I love those marionberries, and want more.

Mason jar on day 3 of our advent calender thanks to Doug. Pours out straw color topped with a small fizzy white head. Nose is nice sweet crisp apples and a touch of spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet crisp tart apples. A solid cider fo sho.
