Bottle: Poured a light pink color ale with a medium size white foamy head with limited retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some raspberry notes and light tangerine notes with some funky ester. Taste is a mix of funky ester with some raspberry notes with a tart finish. Genever and tangerine notes are hard to distinguish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed sour with nice fruity flavors and a good level of complexity.

Draft: Poured a clear golden color pilsner with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry cereal notes with light herbal hops notes and some light vegetable notes. Taste is also a mix of dry cereal notes with some herbal notes and some overcooked vegetable notes is also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable pilsner but I don't like the overcooked vegetables notes.

A hazed purple ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light dark fruits, light mineral notes, light acidity and Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with tart lemon pulp, grapeskins, light cork, light acidity, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, light bodied, very nice and quaffable.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet tart mix of ground cherry, lemon juice, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Céréalière au nez mais laissant s’exprimer des notes florales et herbacées. Mousse abondante, très crémeuse et persistante. Liquide doré, parfaitement limpide et fortement effervescent. Base céréalière présente et miellée mais discrète en bouche. L’accent est mis surtout sur les houblons avec de belles notes citronnées, florales, herbacées et doucement épicées. Très beau travail des houblons. L’amertume est plutôt douce malgré la surabondance de notes houblonnées. Le corps est un peu plus ample que la normale et la carbonatation pourrait être encore plus rehaussée, ce qui la rendrait encore plus rafraichissante. Ça reste néanmoins une pils de haut calibre, originale et d’une complexité de saveurs de houblons hors du commun. O:6.9 V:5.0 G:8.0 C:2.75 G:16.6 T:39.25
