A deep burgundy red mead with aroma of loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, beautiful. In mouth, a beautiful luscious mix of blackberry, blueberry, vanilla, light woody notes, alcohol warmth, beautiful. Sampled at Uncommon Path.

Squat 375mL bottle at Stout Week line share, 2/18/24. Dark, cinnamon-raspberry-colored liquid. Nose is beautiful and super, super unique. The spicy yeast certainly sticks out in concert with the spicy bourbon, spicy vanilla and light, dainty spice of the cherry. Too much spiciness? Not at all, as it comes at you from the floral, the earthy, the woody angles, and such. Really nice mellowed honey nose with richness but no brash sugar. Clean and super sniffable, very complex. In the mouth it's equally unique and interesting with tons of varied spice, rich, rich, deep honey and a good showing of the barrel without any aggressive alcohol or overdone tannin. Cherries still retain some brightness, with their own spiciness and rich, deep fruit.

I love 🥭, I love 🌶️, lime works perfectly here, all the flavors are perfect here! Wish it wasn't a session but only cause I want mooooar! Damn delicious lime mango nose and perfect medium light spice. Ugh love this.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey Bottle share. Many thanks. A dark plum cherry coloured pour with a halo of purple head. Aroma is medium sweet, cherry purple, blackberry honey,. Flavour is composed of medium cherry. Vanilla, blackberry, vanilla. Blackberry cough syrup. Palate is medium sweet. Oily, no carbonation.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Oliver. Pours deep purple with a bubbly pink head. Big sweet flavour, some fruit juice, gooey honey, mild boozy warmth. Full bodied, lightly oily, soft. Sweet, sticky finish, more berries, honey, light vanilla. Very tasty.
