A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with Brett funk, pleasant and smooth. Bottle.

Bottle: Poured a lively amber color cider with good carbonation. Good mix of apple notes with semi –sweet notes and lively carbonation that provides a little kick at the end. Nice level of complexity with good level of drinkability.
