Slightly hazy, pinkish-peachy colour with a big fizzy-bubbly off-white, lightly pink head, staying a while but with minimal lacing. Sour cherry aromas with hints of berries. The taste is sour, not overly puckering with the fruits and light saltiness. Very light tart mouthfeel and plain wet. An easy-going Gose with milder fruitiness.

Fairly clean copper-brown colour with an amber hue. A beige, bubbly head, fizzy, quickly leaving and a small ring remains on top of the brew, but no lacing. Some interesting cacao aromas for the style, with some booziness, caramel malts, hints of Cabernet Sauvignon. Even some dark fruits, feeling like fruit cake. Some bitterness in the taste with anise notes. Looks like chocolate malts, over the caramel one. Not overly rich, so goes down nicely enough. Not your typical Barley Wine, with lots going on, and an interesting chocolate side. Much better than their 2022 Sour Impy Stout bottle.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with a fizzy head, disappearing quickly, leaving no lacing. Sour, Bretty aromas with some vinous notes. Grapes, puckering a bit in the taste with lots of yeast, woody, grainy aftertaste. I might be a bigger fan of Cabernet Sauvignon, than Sour beers, but I do not find this works out very well. Bring back the Imperial stouts with lots of spices and more. Not a 6.2% ABV sour-blah.

A very dark brown colour with little ruby-copper highlights. A bubbly mocha-coloured head, decent stay and a little coating on the brew. Aromas are a mix of roasted malts giving dark fruits (dates, plums) and some funk, earthy notes. The flavours are mostly sour with grapes and the roasted barley mildly in the base. The mouthfeel has a bit of silkiness. Mild dryness in the finish. Was expecting more roasted malts, but the sourness really takes over. Wish I could get more Bourbon to balance things.

Spilt a bit from the can at opening. Dark brown colour with not much highlights, a bubbly mocha-coloured head, average retention and a dirty film coating on the glass. Nice coffee and chocolate nose at first pour, but after breathing, these do calm down, and the base of roasted malt appears. I even get hints of banana, so wheat in here? This continues in the taste with the chocolate, fudge richness, but some tarty-coffee bitterness does cut the sweetness, and the hops creates a decent dryness in the end. Not bad, starts off real nice, but seems like the good stuff just disappear rather quickly, and vanilla is hard to sense.

Lightly haze, bright light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white head, good stay and some foamy-creamy lacing left. Witbier aromas with the orange peel and coriander spices. These are milder in the taste, with maybe some oats sweetening, and light hop dryness in the finish. Feels like a lighter beer than it is. A nice refreshing, lighter-feeling witbier.
