Oh wow! This one shows big chunks of the fruits and their peel - it seems. Big white frothy-fizzy head that does last long at first, then fizzes away. Light golden-yellow colour with a touch of haziness. Lime juice aromas with decent sourness, fruitiness, bitter zest... with the apricot in the background. The flavours shows a nice sour touch that lingers a bit. Again, the lime takes over the apricot. Refreshing, sour lime Gose.

A very slight hazed, light golden colour with a bubbly white cap, good stay and some soapy lacing left. The smell has the blend of a Hefe with the banana-wheat notes and the IPA herbal, grassy hops. The taste shows a little of the sweet malts, but the hops do come to the rescue and cut this to a nice grassiness in the finish. The dryness follows. Easy-drinking, crisp, refreshing half-IPA and half-hefeweizen.

Last bottle of the 2021 trilogy of Hibernator. After opening the bottle, I see a bunch of particle sitting in the neck, above the brew. After taking most out, I still get a lot of this floating on the brew. After taking most out with my finger, I can start rating LOL. Dark brown colour with not much highlights, retention, nor lacing. Just particles floating to bring you back. The aromas are quite nice with the rum barrel, notes of citrus, spices, all well-blended with a nuttiness on the layer of roasted malts. The taste is a little richer with the coconut, light vanilla and rum sweetness. The alcohol is well-hidden enough with just a slight warming. Hints of apples and maybe some light corking. Well, this is my least favourite from this trilogy. Here's to another year and see what comes out next one.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a big frothy-creamy white head, very good retention and leaving thick creamy-fluffy lacing. Herbal and spicy nose from the hops with hints of berries (Strata). The spiciness of the hops up even a little up the taste. Good building dryness. Still, juicy, citrusy, mildly grassy, but all refreshing.

A very dark brown colour with hardly any highlights. Getting some maple syrup nose, but none of that in this one. After breathing, still picking up sweetness, but from the vanilla. Hints of orange peel and very mild cherries. Not getting much of the ginger, nor in the flavours. The finish has decent bitterness and dryness. Roasted malt base and thankfully, not as sweet in the mouth. Rich, but not overpowering. Wish I was tasting more of the fruits, and ginger, but still pretty good as an Imperial Stout.

Hazy pinkish colour with a beige hue. The head is big, creamy off-white (pinkish as well) with good retention and nice foamy lacing. Berry nose with hints of saltiness, freshness. Refreshing mouthfeel with some decent sourness and light saltiness in the finish. The cranberry and cherry notes are present in the taste, not being too sweet, but add the nice fruitiness. An easy-drinking Gose.

Hazy-cloudy golden-beige colour with a big frothy white cap, somewhat creamy with very good retention and leaving some creamy lacing. Lemon peel aromas with mild orange juices. Hints of spiciness, zing in the nose. All of this continues into the taste. Going down super nicely. Everything blends well with the Citra hops here. A classic hop for a nice juicy DIPA.

Pours a hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is big, white, frothy, long lasting leaving some creamy full lacing. Orange juice aromas with some well-blended citrus zest. The taste shows the same. Refreshing, juicy, kind of crisp mouthfeel with just enough dryness. Going down nicely right now!

Bottle at Weathered 2022. Black with small tan head. Roast malt, chocolate, lots of marshmallow, touch of graham cracker. Not complex, but tasty.
