Dark blood red. Nose is incredibly sweet. Slight mulch note. Tons of raw blackberry like eating a tree of blackberries. Interesting. I’d certainly drink a lot.

Batch 1. Completely black grape juice reddish hues. no head obviously. Nose is so blackberry forward and full of blueberry and dried raisins. Whoa. Sweetness is up to 11 in this one. It fades quickly to a ton of berry notes. incredibly juicy and full of huge blackberry seedy fruit salad and a touch of honey
Batch 2. Crimson red, really nice legs on this one, looks very sticky like welch’s grape juice. i get a lot of the same nose from last batch. raisins are here and blackberry and honey melon with very faint cherry. Yeah, the viscosity is way more intense. Viscous thick grape jelly, honey sweetness. Very sweet, just insanely intense! I honestly love this way more than the batch one that I had a few months ago.
Batch 10 Dark purple red. Nose is very raw. Like raw blueberry and currant. Whoa. Juicy fruit, starburst, simple syrup, pineapple. Dry chalky finish. Delicious.
Batch 2. Bottle - Rich dark plum, fig, cocoa, tobacco and some spice. Deep black purple. Deep dark fruit, sweet dark berries, chocolate and leather. Sublime and complex. Painfully rare, but worth the wait.

Bottle - Plum, grape, blackberry green pepper and black pepper. Deep maroon. Plum, tobacco, leather and light berries. Green pepper and so much complexity that I could write for hours. Stunning.

Bottle - Honey and light spice. Pale gold. Light sweet honey. Very iSight and creamy on the palate. Nutmeg is subtle and if it wasn’t in the name I wouldn’t know it is there. Mellow.

Bottle - Sweet raw ginger, almost like the pickled ginger for sushi, an earthiness and a bit of alcohol sweetness. Pale gold. Sweet heat, ginger and then a nice mellowness. Brilliant.

Bottle - Sadly the worst, make sure you get or try the small batch. A harshness that is akin to white tequila. Edgy and harsh with bright ginger and heat not in check. Light honey notes throughout with a light color. Flavors are honey and bright ginger. Still good, but not great.

Bottle - Waxy and almost lightly spiced honey and a odd fruit note. Clear gold. Green apple, sweet honey and some overripe peach. A bit sweet and unbalanced for me.
