Bottle, 4.5-5.0%. Weak buttery aroma. Dark brown colour, seems clear. Small stable tan head. The flavour is roasted and caramelly. A sour-dough kind of roastedness that you get in some Schwarzbiers - which is quite good. Semi-dry finish.

Bottle. Pours clear coffee brown with small light tan head. Clear aroma of yeast, butter, and malt. Bitter flavour of hops and roast, with notes of malt and touches of butter. Rough aftertaste. Not bad but not impressive, either.

Bottle, 4.5-5.0%. Spicy aroma, hint of banana, plastic, and sewer. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is dry at first, with an unpleasant bitterness. Not much banana, but some plasticky phenols. Not horrible, but not too good either.

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast, grain and banana. Sourish, grainy flavour, with rough, estery notes and hints of banana. Sourish aftertaste. Tastes off despite proper storage and tasting before BBD. Poor.

Bottle, 4.5-5.0%. Caramelly aroma, hint of butter. Cloudy amber colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is buttery, caramelly, has a decent bitterness. Another rustic beer from Zadyma, but not really good.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, diacethylen and hops, with touches of butter. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sweetish flavour of malt and yeast with notes of butter. Rough aftertaste. Tolerable but nothing special.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with hints of butter and malt. Dusty flavour, with notes of hops, diacethylen, and yeast. Bitter aftertaste. Not bad as such but nothing to make me ask for more.
