Clear slightly copper orange to blond mead, no head. Aroma: paint thinner, pretty chemical, lots of alcohol, some apple juice, ice cider smell, more alcohol. MF: no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sugary, lots of alcohol, honey, sugary, dried fruits, hint of vanilla, some oxidation, apples, more alcohol. Aftertaste: very alcoholic, fruity, cider, very intense, and nice. Weird how this has so much apple flavour in it.

One of the very few ciders I've had that maintains any kind at all of lingering head. The Aromas are cherry apple cider with hints of raspberries and currants. Flavors are sweet tart with cherry domination. Nice body and finish very easy drinking.

375ml bottle thanks to Rich. Pale golden pour, flat. Savory aroma from Asia, chai, lemon grass, anise. Taste adds honey to the mix for a sweet savory blend.

375ml bottle thanks to Rich pours out pale straw. Nose is crazy black licorice root notes spice and a big honey sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey star anise spice crazy.
