On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Hazy amber to copper, small off-white head. Spicy mulled wine aroma, dark tea, dried fruit, zesty, nutmeg. Beneath there's a baked apple aroma, wine-like fruity character. Flavour is spicy apple or wine, warming feeling, cinnamon. Moderate to high carbonation. Interesting.

Draught @ MBCC 2018, Blue Session
Pours clear golden without a head. Aroma has notes of honey, alcohol and nuts. Taste is medium to heavy sweet with a long warm, honey and nutty finish. Body is full, texture is oily to sticky, without carbonation.

Spicy, good, sweet, great, smokey, okaaaaay, mouthfeel is ok. GF - "great BBQ sauce, meh mead" I agree. Either not used to a smokey mead and/or upset at a missed opportunity for a sweet and spicy mead.

Half liter bottle from Woodman's Green Bay, 4/7/19. Clear gold, thin fizzy head. Aroma of dry apples, earth, pepper. Taste is dry apples, dry pear, a touch of sweetness. Medium bodied, dry, delicate, well balanced.

Half liter bottle from Woodman's Green Bay. Clear pink, a thin whisp of a head. Dry apples, apple skins. Not much of the lemon or berry in the nose. Taste is dry apples, tart lemon and berries. Medium bodied, tart. Low carb, prickly, and I like the dry apple charateristics balanced with the sweet and tart of the adjuncts. Solid cider.

Poured from bottle thanks Brian golden color with aroma of black tea, lemon and loads of peach. Taste is peach skin, tea, lemon.

Poured from bottle thanks Brian july 2016. Aroma is sweet berries, apples, vanilla. Taste is floral notes, honey, cherry. Nice.

Bottle. Thanks SinH! Nose is actually nice apple pie, spices, crust. Palate is balanced apple pie, honey, yeasty crust. This works great.
