Bottle, danke Stefan! Golden. Dry apple, good chunk of honey, spices, dessert notes, fairly sweet. Medium full dry body, dry spicy sweetness as base, a hint booziness/calvados, dry appleskin and xmas spices, anise retronaal, good balance overall, pleasant winterwarmer.

Bottle. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is cinnamon, Bratapfel, pie, all the allspice. Taste is apple pie, cinnamon, lots of Christmas, indeed has a more doughy flavour than I remember from the original. Warming finish, a bit boozy in the back. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Better than the regular one, though maybe that is just because I tried the regular one in summer and it was a bit out of season.

Oxford tasting, corked bottle; 15.3% ABV
Pale yellow color. High alcohols in the aroma, glue, the aroma reminds me of industrial German meads. Mild sweetness, lime tree honey and lemon.
Very simplistic.
