Poured into weizen glass, dark brown, no opacity unless held up to the light. Thick, creamy head (2 fingers) faded slowly, with half finger head remaining throughout tasting. Ample carbonation. Thick, fill, creamy mouthfeel, with smooth taste, the full grain flavor lasting in the mouth. Tasty! A nice beer for a grey winter’s day....

A light slightly brownish yellow beer with a big and blond head. Aroa is typical, wheat, slightly sour and some spicyness. Taste is wheat, sour, fresh lemon, and also some bananas. Medium bodied, at first quite biting carbonation, but it turns into smooth quickly. Good, high-quality and tastefull hefe.
