Gravity cask at the 30th Tamworth Beer Festival, Assembly Rooms, 06/09/24.
Golden topped with a white cap that thins to spotting.
Nose is grass, herb, straw, corn, cereals.
Taste comprises pale malts, straw, grains, hedgerow.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay if a little basic ... never a fan of cask lagers tbh ... they need a greater level of carbonation for me.
