Cask at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden Hazy-opaque amber. Frothy foamy white head. Aroma has malts and grains with a caramel and fruit edge. Flavourwise ther is a sweet and citrusy streak followed by a big dose of malts and oats. It's chewy. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Hmm... nice but odd.

2026 Clitheroe Beer Festival #3. Third for me and also the third strongest cask ale at the festival, which is a hazy deeper golden coloured brew. There's some tropical notes, but the Belgian styling usurps it, with heavy enough bubble-gum flavours pointing very much at the sub-style for this IPA. Boozy aroma.

2026 Clitheroe Beer Festival #16. Black coloured brew. Lots of strength but more dark malt flavour in the main, sweetish too. It has a healthy enough flavour.

11/4/2026. Cask at the Isle of Man CAMRA 13th Beer & Cider Festival. Good pour. Has never really been a style I’ve bonded with but this was quite nice. Lots of coffee, quite fruity, some raisin bread, caramel, white chocolate and a little golden syrup. Did have some starchy potato notes which were a bit off putting though. Sweet taste suited it, with some nice mellow bitterness. Decent body. Starchy notes aside, enjoyed it

11/4/2026. Cask at the Isle of Man CAMRA 13th Beer & Cider Festival. Pours well. Lots of spice on the aroma. Almost under the counter like! Sweet spiced and malty taste. Liked it, but definitely more Christmasy than Eastery.

9/4/2026. Cask at the Isle of Man CAMRA 13th Beer & Cider Festival. Cloudy pour. Husky, juicy, peachy, citrus, orange, yeasty. Soft sweetness, light bitterness. Nicely done.
