The new-build brewery sits in the grounds of the old manse in the beautiful village of Ardgour (Àird Ghobhar - the height of the goat) on the edge of the remote Morvern and Ardnamurchan peninsulas.

Cask at the Nottingham beer festival 2024. Deep golden colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are floral then sweet to dry. Light body.

50cl bottle pours a burnt orange, light haze, rocky white head. Grain, straw, bread crust, wheat nose. Light vegetal note before malt and treacle take over in the mouth. Medium bodied, herbal finish.

Large foamy off white head on an unclear finely carbonated pale amber coloured body. Herbal, zesty & citrus aroma. Medium bodied, foamy dry & clean. Citrus, grapefruit, bitter & zesty tastes. Refreshing.

Rocky off white head on a dark brown still body. Malt, liquorice & lightly smoked aroma. Medium bodied, soft & clean with no carbonation. Liquorice, toffee, berries & cough drop tastes.

500ml bottle from Scottish Ale Shop - Murky dark amber body, short lived frothy top. Nose is a bit nondescript, but the taste has a decent piney caramel thing going on. Decent body.

On cask at Indie Scotland. Appearance - deep orange to brown. Nose - red fruit and orange. Bready. Taste - orange, bready and light toffee. Palate - medium bodied and roasty finish. Overall - I like this.
