330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally strawy, pale malty aroma, a touch of husk and white bread crust. Taste is initially slightly bitter and mineral, slightly grainy, husky and strawy, later minimally fruity, a cautious touch of apricot and peach.

Bright clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Smooth malts, sweetish, a touch of raw grain in the background. A whisper of milky sweetness. Tangy citric hop with a trace of something tropical. Mild floralness. Light dry finish with a mild bitter linger. Lacks hop brightness and could be cleaner but it went down okay.

Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield. Cloudy, orange amber. Slim halo of off white head. Nose has a slightly earthy, woody sourness. The rosehip comes across light and floral. Mild rhubarb notes. Background of sweet granary. Taste is nicely balanced sweet and sour, with some salinity on the lips. Soft, massaging mouthfeel. Lightly acidic. Finishes short, light sweet, and softly acidic. Very nice.
