Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield. Clear, orangey amber. Thin, rapidly diminishing, off white head. Nose has ripe orange pulp. Toffee malts. Hop spice. Some flora. Taste is honeyed sweet. Turns juicy, citric pith bitter. Moderate to full bodied. Prickly carbonation helps cut through the sweetness. Finishes pithy, zesty bitter, with a lingering sweetness on the lips. Very drinkable, old school, peppery IPA.

Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield. Clear, deep copper colour. Film and a halo of lasting, off white head. Nose has soft, jammy malts. Light, spicy hop. Notes of strawberry and pine needle. Taste has an initial, soft sweetness. Gets spicy bitter, and dries out a little. Moderate body. Some oiliness. Fine carbonation. Finishes long, slightly harsh bitter. Dries out on the close. Tasty beer.

On gravity at 41st Steel City Beers Festival - Dark brown in colour, thin tan head. Dark chocolate flavours and added a hint of orange flavour. Not bad but a little lacking in body.
