[ As Intrepid Christmas Pudding Stout ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, cookie - cake, spicy, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, cake, dark malt, chocolate. [ As Intrepid Sunrise ].Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white - silver head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, tropical fruit, pale malt, sweet malt, dry, hop bitter. Sampled @ 27th Egham Beer Festival 2017. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, pale malt. Taste of citrusy hops, not too bitter, pale malt, dry medium hoppy finish.

Cask @ Mr Foleys, Leeds. Golden with a creamy head. A bitter, and has quite a grainy-earthy aroma and taste.

Cask at Mr Foleyโs Cask Ale House, shared with ManVsBeer. A beige bubbly head over a warm golden body. Sparse lacing. Mild caramel aroma. Taste profile of earthy hops, caramel and a backdrop of citrus. Ends with malt-fruity bitterness. Pretty nice. (Leeds 06.07.2017).
