From tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is fruity, crisp hoppy. Mild sweet, fruity. Light hoppy. Slight fruity. Bitter and crisp hoppy finish.

Draft at the source, 26 August, 2017. Unclear orange/ gold like color with some lasting white foam. Nose is caramel, honey, light floral tones. Maybe citrus. Very light citrus hop upfront that turns sweet in the finish. Texture is creamy and the bitterness is low. Mostly malt forward here. ABV is completely hidden. Pretty easy to drink yet it does get a tad to malty.

Draft at the source. Almost clear golden yellow, mild lacing. Aroma is floral and weak dank, resin, and sugar. Flavor is mild of floral hops, resin, and light unfermented sugar. Has some light sugar Sweetness. A little more tweaking and this would be good.

Draft. Dark red / brown in color, aroma is earthy and roasted grain. Towards the drama in March with a slight but aftertaste. Cant taste the 7% but the mouthfeel is flismy. Ok.

Draft, slightly hazy appearance, thin head. Aroma shows mild yeast and just a hint of berry. The pomegranate is extremely light/ subtle. Small amounts of honey in the body. This has a decent presence.

Draft at the source. First taste is like lemon seltzer water mixed with Wheat and grain. Weak wheat backbone. Body is quite thin and watery. Mild floral bitterness. Not offensive in anyway, drinkable.

Draft at the source. Almost clear appearance. Has a bready aroma with a touch of herbal hops. Extremely light body, near watery. Does display a creamy mouth feel. It kind of is, what it is.

Deep amber body is clear, with a beige head atop showing moderate retention.
Caramel, toffee, sourdough and moderate fruitiness in the nose (apples, cherries, strawberries) signify a good estery fermentation (and more importantly signify a fermentation, which is more than you can say for their other beers). Light nuttiness, vanilla-cream and a pinch of alcohol.
Caramel and light toasted character with a touch of stickiness from the residual molasses. Fruity esters and a fair amount of dryness, though anything would taste dry after drinking their other beers. Spicy rye like character, or maybe that’s just the notes from the molasses fermentation. Not too much alcohol for 7.8 abv. The most dry of their beers but still a bit too much to drink a lot of given its abv.
The whole feel of this place seems rushed. They don’t even have deScriptions of their beer online, and at the place, the draft list has two word deScriptions. I know it’s easy for me to say since I don’t have a whole slew of money tied up in the place, but take an extra week or two and do things right. The beers are pretty near undrinkably underfermented.
