Brewery draught, 9/24/23. Clear, light copper. Small, off-white head, moderate-to-low retention. Nose is light caramel, light toast, lower base malt, but it's not grainy or tannic, or overly-toasted. Clean, importantly, with light crispness on the finish. Low hopping. Lightly soft, bready, biscuity, toasty, some malt depth, good attenuation and some crispness on the finish. Low bitterness. Very light and drinkable, if somewhat unremarkable.

Draught, brewery, 6/24/23. Hazy, blonde-maize. Small, white head. Juicy, prototypical neipa with light bub gum and lots of spice and juice. Light pine, wood. Softish, some grain, spicy notes with a bit of juice and reasonable malt depth, though it could be a bit better. Clean, no booze, no resin.

Brewery draught, 6/24/23. Clear, dark, tan head, moderate-to-low retention. Nose is lightly salted peanut butter with fudge and chocolate. Some grainy malt on the end, clean, though. Grainy, dry, thin, but with good, clean flavors of chocolate, fudge and vanilla with light peanut butter. Needs more oomph but is on its way to being good.

Brewery draught, 6/25/23. Clear blonde, small, white head. Nose is leafy, herbal hops, cracker and biscuit with hints of honey and bread. Clean. Grainy malts, somewhat light-bodied with a bit of thinning on the end. Herbs, pepper, white bread. Clean, but not really much snappy yeast or mineral.

Can while giving that movie Troll a try. Yellow pour cloudy and white foamy head. Smells rather nice hay and lemons. Tatses of some farmhouse hay loft, lemon, wood, florals, some gooseberry. Lively palate.

Bottle pour from the brewery. It's a clear medium brown/auburn (iced tea) with tons of sparkle, finger-width beige head with excellent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is moderately strong cinnamon and nutmeg. Taste is moderately strong cinnamon and nutmeg, very mild ginger. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not the strongest winter beer but, as a lager, maybe that's the point. Not something you come across every day and pretty good for what it is.

22 oz. bottle shared by tfontana. Thanks Tom for a new brewery tick! Aroma is mild autumn spice, yeast. Mild herb, spice and yeast. For the ABV it is decent. Easy to drink, no issues. And it is a CA common.

Bottle which I did not realize when purchasing was dated 1/8/18, drunk on 7/18/18 at a healthy 6 months of age.
Gushing, pale, honey-blonde with a haze from the gushing and a frothy, large, white head showing moderate retention.
While I would certainly not hold it against them this beer being 6 months old, especially because they've responsibly dated it, there's no excuse for the beer being infected, which it is. Thankfully it's a Brett infection, so the beer is still drinkable in the sense that I feel safe drinking it to try the texture and flavor, but it's certainly not good. The nose is strong perfume, bread, soap and lemon with a hint of cracker and various grain-like notes behind it.
It fares worse in the mouth, showing too much soap, astringency and perfume. Approaching overattenuated at this point, though the wheat helps some of the texture remain. Heavy carbonation. Oh well.
