Canned 10/26/22, drunk 1/4/23. Moderately hazy, bright peachy-apricot-golden. Large, off-white head is well-retained. Smells soft and mild with wheat or oats or something like that helping to dull any potential resin/acid. Soft pink grapefruit juice for sure, very ripe and sweet with none of the big grapefruit acid and no pine. Clean. Good to see it's contracted out of Aeronaut. Soft, juicy, heavily fruity with melon, peach, almost a vanilla flavor and lots of fruitiness and melon character a la overly soft NEIPAs. There's a smidge of citrus/pine-like bitterness keeping it on the verge of drinkable, but it's pushing it. It is at least clean and free of resin. Pink grapefruit juice, melon, vanilla and honey lingering. Texture is good. Pushing it on the sweetness, but only just a bit.

Can pour from Andover Classic Wines. It's an opaque black with light sparkle, finger-width beige head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, baker's chocolate and coffee. Taste follows aroma with hint of molasses. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, average carbonation and bitter finish as taste.
