Can at home. Milky orange yellow and a finger of head. Nose is citra and yeast. Tastes bready, lemon, honey dew, coconut. Zesty herbs on finish. Slick palate.

The Cellar draught, 10/6/22. Bright bronze-maize. Small, white head. Kind of smells like a Belgian golden ale...lots of spicy phenolics with clove and white pepper prominent. Or maybe more hefe-like? Hefeweizen yeast IPA?? Pretty sure... Taken that way it's fine, but this is no NEIPA. Hops are very, very weak. Esters, phenols, biscuity-crackery malt dominates. Bit sharp on the finish (phenolic astringent), but otherwise a fine India Pale Hefe....?????

Draught at Govt Center Popup (The Cellar), 10/6/22. Thickly hazy, pale bronze-brass with a large, moderately-well-retained, white head. Some strong ester and light phenol. Almost feels like smoke. Juiciness is light, very ripe lemon and tangerine with sparse malt. Clean but for the smokiness. Really weird yeast things going on in mouth, with no malt depth or sweetness and a sort of rotting fruit ending. Texture is soft but there's zero sweetness. Coconut, pineapple from the yeast interplay. Not much, if any, citra. This was the very bottom of the keg, to be fair.

Can at Boston Pop Up, drunk 9/29/22. Moderately hazy, bronze-golden, medium-sized, white head. Nose is not oniony at least, but thats all I can say. Just really not much hop character, not much malt character either. Just smells like bland wheat or something. In the mouth its bland and mildly bitter. Chewy again with no malt depth or any sweetness. Not oniony/scalliony but just completely lacking in any flavor whatsoever.

Can at Government Center Pop Up, drunk 9/29/22. Clear golden-maize. Small, white head. Smells intensely floral? Like way more than any hop should make it smell. Chewy texture with no sweetness and not really malty. No sweetness, no real malt character, with more perfume and floral notes. Couldn't drink more than a few sips.

Can (2/5/21) pour from Table and Vine, W. Springfield. It's a cloudy light brown-dark yellow with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger white tight-foamy head with good retention and mild lacing. Aroma is moderately strong fruit salad (notes of pear, stone fruit, apple) balanced with malt backbone. Taste is non-specific, generally sweet fruit with yeasty biscuit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry finish as taste with lingering bitterness. Overall, a West Coast style DIPA with hops for flavor and bitterness with a substantial grain bill. OK.

Pours hazy gold into an English pint. Bright white soapy head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Mango and tangerine aromas. Soft with sourdough and overripe peach, mango and apricot upfront turning to a dry, dirty tropical fruit skin finish.
