I’m not sure what this is. Never heard of potato porter and it pours amber like nothing porter like. I wouldn’t say it Tatses of potato’s. Just a regular amber brew little earthy and herbal and bready. Overall just weird

Draft at brewhiuse for trivia. Probably best if the night. Fine amber pour and sudsy head. Nose is caramel and some earth. Tatses of caramel, toasted bread. Ok texture. Overall decent enough.

Draft at Holliston. Peachy yellow looking beverage and bright white soapy head, smallish. Nose is pineapple and grassy. Tastes of pineapple, honey dew, kiwi, brioche, grassy, some perfume. Milky palate

Draft at the new brewpub. Bright clear orange amber and foamy white head with legs. Nose is oranges and bread. Tastes of orange, light grapefruit, earth, hint of spruce tips, sourdough. Creamy mouthfeel. Low bitterness

God damn it, everything is so good damned sweet in this brewery. How in the hell did they open a second location?!?! Even the wheat and sourness doesn't quite stand up to the under attenuation.

Earth, leaf, maybe some citrus.
Orange, white bread, not enough attenuation and too much white bread with low bitterness. Lingering orange.

Very cloudy, bright golden-maize-bronze. Small, white head.
Typical neipa notes if soft malty, fruity yeast and juicy, citrusy hops. Clean.
Soft and fuzzy with tons of white bread and not nearly enough bitterness or attenuation. Juicy citrus and light tropical fruit.

Clear dark amber with caramel hues. Small, dark beige head.
Toasty and toasty bit necessarily smokey, though. Clean with sweet caramel lingering.
Woody and toasty with sweet caramel and a lot of lingering brown sugar and caramel. Too sweet, with minimal smoke.

Clear golden, small, white head.
Good grain and peppery hops with plentiful fresh yeast and very light fruitiness.
Soft and chewy, doughy. A bit flabby, but not sweet. Some mild pepper on the end.

Clear golden. Small, white head.
Fruity with wood, melon, spice and dull, cracker malts.
Big melon, lots of wood. Somewhat punchy though not bitter. Doughy malts and lingering pine.
