Bottle from Grima, thanks! Pale blonde, hazy. Vague dusty, floral citric notes in the aroma. Floral, dusty, slightly perfumed flavor. Citrus notes. Short aftertaste.

330ml bottle, many thanks Kolshtirnker. for this! Pours a lightly misty deep amber, medium off-white head. Peaty whisky and caramel on the nose. Taste has a big whisky presence, fairly rich on the palate, oaky, threatening to overpower the relatively light bock base, almost no carbonation to lift from an oily palate. It's a hefty sipper, though the big malt base and chocolate warmth of an imperial stout is lamented somewhat. Overall, a decent whisky BA doppelbock, a little harsh, but does what it sets out to do.

Nice smooth fresh yeasty beginning. Easy to drink with a nice yeasty back. Easy to drink, very nice with lots of refreshing mild yeast. Spicy with not too much banana. Very nice and easy to drink.

Bottle [from Euro Local Swap 2019-2 thanks to Erzengel] at home. Dark amber color, small white head. Aroma is sweetish wine gums, cognac / whiskey. Flavor is similar: sweet, cognac / brandy, port-notes, again some sweet candy. Sticky texture, full body, suitable low carbonation. Absolutely delicious. 9-4-9-4-18.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus and malt, with estery notes. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with notes of citrus and yeast. Acidic and fruity aftertaste with estery hints. Refreshing and not unenjoyable but not much of a beer.

Bottle bought @ the brewpub. Pours hazy straw wit airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hop and dust, with estery notes. Sweetish flavour of yeast and malt, with sour, grainy (off?) notes and bitter, hoppy touches. Sour and estery aftertaste with malty hints. Off? Would be nice to re-rate.

Bottle, 6.8%. Refreshing lagery aroma. Cloudy light golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric. Does not taste as any Maibock I have ever had, but the citric note is not funky or unappealing, really. Sort of refreshing, but the more the beers warms, the more infected it tastes. 636314

Bottle at a tasting. Woody coconut character, slightly oxidized, mostly neutral. Med-full body, with relatively high sweetness, basic candyish maltiness with no complexity. Other than that there is nothing going on. Boring. ABV slightly poking out. Meh.
