Poured from bottle dated 4/25/16 purchased from Hickey’s in Milford nice copper gold color with a one finger white head. Aromas of caramel malt grass and pine. Taste is slightly sweet caramel floral notes spice and a balanced hop bitterness in the finish. Not bad. --- Beer merged from original tick of Blonde Ale on 03 May 2016 at 21:09 - Score: 7

Fresh 22 oz bottle dated 4/6/16. Thanks for the share T.J.! Mostly clear in color yellow with a nice carbonation level. Aroma lead me to believe it was a Mosaic or Galaxy hop variety, grassy and green.
The flavor was a whole different story. Bold citrus, mild pine and a nice floral bouquets. The classic three C’s are doing well here. The bitterness is balance by just the right amount of grain to not become overly bitter. Wow, the Brewer did a great job here. A highly drinkable classic IPA that has plenty of flavor. If this Brewer makes a Imperial IPA, I may have to make the drive to the brewery. Very promising.

650 ml bottle with a hand written date of 03/29/16. Lightly red wine in color, with a nice grain and mild hop aroma. The flavor is a slightly earthy / green hop character. Body is medium with a light sweetness for balance. Pretty promising offering from this Brewer.
