Draft at brewery. Dirty orange pour and minimal head. Nose is yams and some spice. Nice level of traditional pumpkin spicing cinnamon cloves and nutmeg, along with good pumpkin pie flavor. A good example.

Draft at brewery. Clear golden and foamy white head. Nose is thick pine and herbs. Tats of piney, some grapefruit, lemon, light soap. Bitter. Nice change up from the haze

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Brewery draught, 1/28/23. Clear, very pale golden. Small, white head. Stiff, almost sharp initially, hop notes with floral and grain character. Clean but with a touch of sharp floral, bordering soap from the hops. Very, very lean body exposing a touch of graininess. I appreciate and can see they were going for a bone dry pils, but the hop bitterness is too high for that and it still needs more malt depth regardless.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Brewery draught, 1/28/23. Dark, clear. Small, off-white head with low retention. Huge hazelnut-licorice-chocolate notes in the nose with low base malt character. Clean, lots of coffee notes. Fruity, soft, malty but with assertive roast bitterness. Nutty, chocolate, licorice-forward. Very assertive and flavorful. Maybe a bit roastier than I care for, but respectable.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Nitro draught at the brewery, 1/28/23. Looks like an Irish Dry Stout. Smells richer/maltier than the standard. Fresh mineral, lower ash/black malt character. Clean. Soft, simple, maltier than Guinn. More vanilla and honey-like base malt character, lower roast but still dry and balanced. Very drinkable.

Brewery draught, 1/28/23. Clear medium-amber. Large, beige head, moderate retention. Rich malt with some nuttiness, maple, red fruit and rich toffee. Clean. Simplistic, but rich toffee and brown bread. Ample, controlled bitterness with herbs and floral notes. Lingering buttercream and good balance. Clean.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Brewery draught, 1/28/23. Clear amber-dark-chestnut. Small, dark beige head, low-to-moderate retention. Big toast, fruit and caramel nose with strong red fruit but also a bit of glue, though by the middle of the glass it's not noticeable. Soft, malty, rich but drying out with heavy bread/toast on the end. Red fruitiness along the way with assertive bitterness for the style.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Brewery draught 1/28/23 as Sister Soulshine. Moderately hazy, apricot-peach skin color with a small, white head of low retention. Lightly juicy but not bubble gummy or otherwise New Englandy. Contemporary hops, late whirled but I dont think they used some strange yeast. Clean, cracker and bread malts, no alcohol or resin. Soft, malty, juicy, fruity with lots of grapefruit rind but still not overly bitter. Nicely balanced, not oniony. Good attenuation.

Brewery draught 1/28/23. Clear blonde, medium-sized, white head, moderate-to-low retention. Big fresh grain nose kind of gives off corn vibes, with mineral approaching light sulfur, fresh yeast (though not raw or doughy yeast). Very fruity with floral and fruity hops. Clean, no alcohol. Soft, malty, clean, dry, fruity and again with just tons of interesting grain character which I'd guess as corn if I didnt know. It's excellent and highly flavorful and the beer is refreshingly dry.
