Description
We are independently owned and brew by hand in small batches at our microbrewery in central Stockport. For us, flavour and quality always come first.
As brewers, we respect brewing tradition though our beer is contemporary in style.
As drinkers, we want to enjoy every beer that we make – so for us, brewing isn’t just about the end product, it’s about the process. So it’s worth doing right.

Bottle from Micro Beer Crate. Pours a cloudy gold, with moderate sized white foamy head Aroma of yeast, citrus, spice, light earthiness. Taste has a dry grassy note with fruity and zesty citrus, spice, bread. Sounds simple but there are some layers of flavour here. Light bodied with a lovely soft fine carbonation. Very enjoyable.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 18/12/24. Extremely dark mahogany brown topped with a lasting beige cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is toffee, dried fruit rinds, maple syrups, herb, biscuit crumbs. Taste comprises fruit slice, subtle enough maple syrup without going overboard, dark malts, dried fruit rinds, honey drizzle. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay sipper ... lacks a bit of depth for the ABV but balanced well enough and doesn't run overly sweet.

Keg @ Jack In The Box, Manchester. Ginger-golden with a carbonation and a very small head. Ginger in aroma, although its fair sourness reduces this in taste.

Keg @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy golden with a head. Light saison style fruity taste, perhaps a bit more stated style-wise in aroma, but with a very easy drinking texture.

Cask @ Café Beermoth, Manchester. Very dark amber with a creamy-smooth head. Wooden cask version and this is best evident in its earthy taste and aftertaste. Maple elements are light but again best evident as a sharp sweetness. Somewhat boozy.
