Can pour from the brewery. It's an opaque black with trace sparkle, finger-plus light brown foamy head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong sweet roasted malts and coconut. Taste is strong coconut, milk chocolate and roasted malt, hint of marzipan. Mouthfeel is full bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a nice dessert sipper that delivers what's advertised.

Can pour from the brewery. It's a cloudy light brown-dark yellow with trace sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong tart and sweet pineapple and general fruit. Taste is strong sweet and tart white grape with grains. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and mostly malty finish with mild lingering bitterness. Overall, surprisingly little complexity given 7 hops--they cancel each other out! Good strength nonetheless.

Can pour from the brewery. It's an opaque light brown-yellow-orange with tons of sparkle, finger-width off-white foam head with poor retention and light rings of lacing. Aroma is strong lemon-orange citrus and light herb/tart fruit from the crack of the can over a foot away. Subtle mango as you stick your nose in it. Taste follows aroma though citrus is less defined and leans to the candied side. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick, frothy texture, soft carbonation, mild pleasant late alcohol heat and finish as taste with dry lingering bitterness (but this doesn't drink like 100 IBU!). Overall, good strength of aroma and flavor and delivers the juice.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana. Much thanks! Hazy golden color. Foot aroma and flavor is all Citra hops. Tropical fruits, papaya, melon, orange, citrus, and juicy grapefruit. A mild pith / grapefruit bitterness. Some stronger citrus rind as it warms.
