500 ml bottle, thank you tfontana. 2023 vintage. Aroma shows subtle toffee, raisins, bourbon. Flavor of spicy rye, oak, in a decent malt body. Lots of spicy bourbon lingers after the sip.

Bottle from the brewery. Virtually opaque cola brown, ring of head, light viscosity, no lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, caramel, earthy malt. Taste is strong caramel, raisin, bourbon (a bit hot). Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.

Can from the brewery. Lightly hazy gold with light sparkle, ring of head, no sparkle and trace lacing. Aroma is strong sweet coffee and vanilla/cream. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste with mild bitterness. Am finding the adjuncted Cream Ales I've had lately to be pretty good. This is no exception.

4 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Cloudy bright yellow, trace sparkle, ring of head and light lacing. Aroma is dank and pineapple rind, mild herb. Taste is as aroma. Frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.

4 oz. pour at the brewery. Cloudy, bright yellow, no sparkle, ring of head with light lacing. Aroma is strong coconut and pineapple. Taste is strong, slightly astringent coconut, bitter pineapple rind. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Astringent element is slightly off putting.

4 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque black with ring of head, no head, no lacing. Aroma is strong peanuts over roasted malt and chocolate. Taste is strong sweet malt over peanut butter. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with light bitterness. Good!

Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Mint is a little strong on both aroma and taste. Is nice addition but needs to be dialed back a smidge.

Opaque colour and steady beige head. Coffee latte, macchiato aroma. Mediun-bodied. Coffeish, vanilla, vanilla powder, toasted malts in the flavour. A bit for its abv. Taproom.
