6oz draught pour at the brewery, 10/28/23. Dark. No head. Huge whiskey character, earthy, strong, oaky, kinda smells like an old bottle of Jameson. Sweet peanuts, chocolate, very light nuances of Irish whiskey but mostly sweet adjunct. Not thin and watery, but only medium-light-bodied relative to its size. Not boozey. Love the peanut, and there's some decent barrel acidity. Needs a bit longer of a boil and a bit more attenuation, but on the right track. Not sure the caramel and nougat add anything other than unnecessary sugar.

Brewery draught, 10/28/23. Moderately hazy, brassy-golden. Small, white head sits at spotty cover. Spicy, blueberry laden mosaic and maybe a bit of wood and pine from Amarillo. Cracker malt and estery yeast. Juicy, somewhat piney, woody, Amarillo-heavy character. Robust bitterness and lingering light pine resin. A NEIPA in texture but maybe not so much in flavor and bitterness. Lingering resin...

Brewery draught, 10/28/23. Rich black currant juice. Clear. Small, pink head. Oddly much more vanilla than fruit. But some acidity on the finish. Cracker, marshmallow, rich vanilla, clean. Don't get the lactose, thankfully. Juicy black currant with acid, spice and earth gets quickly and thoroughly softened by vanilla and lactose. Lightly sugary finish. Moderate acidity. Lactose not necessary here. Clean. Reminds of Vitamin Sea 's stuff.

Brewery draught, 10/28/23. Clear ruby-amber. Small, beige head to ring quickly. Toast and mineral. Bit of earth. Vanilla and light toffee lingering. Clean. Light, hint of toast, hint of honey. Not thin, but very light bodied. Some chewy toffee on the finish with a hint of spicy, floral hop. Clean. Nicely carbonated.

Brewery draught, 10/28/23. Clear, lighter amber. Small, off-white head quickly to ring. Light mineral and spicy hops. Low malt, mostly crusty bread. Moderately malty, high attenuation. Good caramel character with fresh bread and light spice and strawberry. Clean. Low bitterness.

Can pour from the brewery. It's an opaque black with light viscosity and sparkle, finger-width light brown foamy head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong roasted, earthy malt, joined by vanilla, cocoa and hint of coffee (the latter three all better as it sits). Taste is strong, balanced mix of roasted malt, cocoa, vanilla, coffee and lactose. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, adjuncts shine in the aroma as it sits but are well balanced in the taste. Enjoyable.

Can pour from the brewery. Appearance is opaque dark yellow with no sparkle, ring of white head and trace lacing. Aroma is strong mix of herb, fruit and malt. Taste is strong mix of nondescript fruit (orange creamsicle) and lightly herbal. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent strength herbal and fruit.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Appreciate the tick! Aroma shows a good amount of orange. Flavor reminds me of candied orange, Bready malt and yeast. It taste good just looking for the extra pop!
