16oz can clear gold, white head.  Malt, chrysanthemum, some light brioche.  Flavor is straight forward.  Drops some florals and focuses on the malt.  Easy drinker.  A little tannins.  7 6.5 6.5 7 6.5

Can at DC Beer August Share. Poured a pale straw color. Flavor was clean and very light with subtle pepper notes. A crisp and refreshing Kölsch!

16 oz can. Aroma has dark coca, ash, roast. Flavor is a mild rendition of the nose. Mild roasted malts giving chocolate, coffee, and weak roast. The dryness for the texture is nice.

Can shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Opaque dark brown with head quickly fading to ring, trace lacing. Aroma is strong, rich, roasted malts, toffee and light chocolate. Taste mirrors aroma. Smooth, somewhat watery texture, average carbonation, earthy roasted malt finish. Good strength/depth and fair complexity. Nice.

16 oz can. Aroma is soft toasted malt, caramel with light cocoa. Flavor of baked brown bread, toasted grain, with nuances of raisins. A bit thin in the body. That said, decent example of the style.

16 oz can. Nose and flavor are a mirror of each other. Some sweet malt, honey, and soft mineral. Lightly sweet finish. Light body with some crispness. Good

Can from the NH Beerfest enjoyed at home. Hazy dark lemon yellow with a decent sized frothy white head that persists. Bready honey maltiness with lots of banana clove and spice. Light tartness. Not bad.

Undated can, shelf at Bier Cellar Portland, drunk 8/26/23. Light chill haze, deep bronze-golden. Small, white head quickly to ring. Clean, crisp, very floral with fresh baguette and light honey-like malt. Hint of pepper and herb. It fairs a bit worse in mouth with a bit of sourdough dominating and some papery/overly-bready character. Heavy pepper and herb. Rather forceful; even the malt is borderline too sweet/syrupy and lightly underattenuated. Clean, though.

16oz can pours a clear gold with a ring of white head.  Nose has malt, dandelion, dough, some soap.  Flavors follow, quite mild, dandelion but it's fairly generic.  Watery finish.  6 3 6 2 10
