Established in 2003
In 2007 we relocated to our existing building, designed and built from scratch. With constant growth, Brewhouse expansion, new products and revamped recipes, we’ve travelled through kegs to cans to 650ml bottles and into growlers, currently distributing throughout BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and into Manitoba. As we continue to grow, we’ll never forget our roots. It’s as simple as Good Beer from a Good Town.

473ml can. Pours a clear dark brown, almost black with red hue and a small, creamy, short lived, beige head that laces nicely. Semi-sweet aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, earth and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, chocolate and a hint of smoke in a dry, mild bitter coffee finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Nicely done.

Hazy, quite pale, medium head. Fruity hop nose - stone fruit mostly. Good hop complexity and a decent pale malt base. Fernie has low key become an underrated brewery.

16 oz can from Vancouver, BC. Thanks, Marco! Pours a hazy yellow-gold color with a large white head and excellent retention. Great lacing too. Standard pale malt aroma. The flavor is just a lightly sweet, straightforward, clean pale lager. Very clean, smooth, and refreshing on a hot day. Well done. Medium body. Medium-high carbonation. Not bitter. No longer in production? Shame.

Pale amber, slight haze. Fruity, orangey, a bit of overripe fruit. Body is watery, weak, low bitterness and a touch of orangey hop.

473mL can. Pours black with large beige head. Aroma is earthy; has notes of roasted malt, nuts, and wood. Flavour is on the lighter side. Similar to aroma; has roasted malt and nuts, some dark chocolate and licorice. A bit odd, but not bad. Reasonable for a winter ale.

473mL can. Pours clear gold with large foamy white head. Aroma piney hops and a bit floral. Flavour pine, resin, and grapefruit. Lingering bitterness on the palate. Decent amount of carbonation. Feels like it's holding back a bit. Nice WC IPA though.
