8 oz draft at Cask On! Aroma is strictly Apple. Flavor is very mild apple. I get absolutely no barrel or any other fruit. Super thin texture. Ummmmm, not great

Cask On, 3/30/24. Clear, brassy-gold. Thin ring of bubbles. Minty, peppery, with tons of apple skin character. Clean, bit of apple sugar. Very spicy. Not sure what that is but I don't get much, if any, oak. Apple, unripe quince, scant sweetness, vague butteriness and some bland notes of tannin. Very low acidity. Pepper and floral notes are weird. No clarity or brightness whatsoever.

Bottle from the State store Brilliant dark straw in color. Earthy waxy nose with hints of floral. Light chalky mouth fairly dry faint honey flavor. I prefer more sweetness but this is nicely made.

750 ml from the Epsom Traffic Circle. Brilliantly clear deep yellow with quite a few less bubbles than I was expecting. Big apple note with hints of brown sugar and light spice. Big apple flavor up front with a touch of spice midway thorough a very dry finish. Tart somewhat chalky mouthfeel. light to moderate carbonation. Pretty tasty but a bit dry for my tastes and a bit less than the sparkling I was expecting.
