Light gold colour. No head. On the nose, a light floral note with a little bit of graininess. Sweetish palate, again just a touch of that floral character. Decent for what it is - a delicately flavoured swill.

Can, Beijing. Grainy and light. Fairly carbonated. Just a touch of sourness. Pretty watery overall. After lugging the backpack from Dongzhimen station this tastes better than it deserves to.

Yanjing Beer 11 4% On an Air China flight, the aroma was grainy sweet and floral/herbal hops. Light bodied and gassy. The taste is similar to the aroma and just comes off as a decent macro-brew, I was surprised. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle in Beijing-China. Pale lager regular golden pour, foam lowers in a second. Aroma of corn and malt. Metallic a bit. Mouth is quite boring, rice water.
