Can from Beer Wine Nation Merrimack enjoyed at home
Pours a medium rose with a smattering of small white bubbles that dissipate quickly. Berry and apple aroma and flavor, mouthfeel is a little chalky. Not horrible

Brewery draught, 11/9/24. Clear, pale golden. Apple, seltzer, salt, lots of skin tannin, no residual sugar, no flaw, clean, no yeast. Similar flavors. This brewery may be the most bland, uncharacterful cider I've ever tasted. It's not sugary, it's not boozey, it's not unclean, but it's....I don't know, just nothing much to be said for it. Very dry, austere, not comforting in texture, nothing interesting about the apple...just sort of there like most of their ciders.

Bottle at cidery on 12/30/23. Bronze-brass, clear. Nutmeg and more with juicy apple. Clean. Strong on the spice. Again in the flavor, a bit too heavy-handed on the spice. Sweetish, clean, plain apple character.

Brewery, bottle I think, drunk 12/30/23. Clear, warm-toned honey. Floral notes with earth and light zest. Clean and lightly sweet. Lightly sweet, juicy, zesty and earthy. A lot more blood orange character than their blueberry cider has blueberry. Not overdone on adjunct.

At the cidery 12/30/23. Clear, light brass. Maybe a touch of light floral notes but mostly just dry, fleshy apple. Wouldn't know there was blueberry in this. There's just a touch of floral and seed character. Clean, lightly juicy, short finish.

At the cidery, 12/30/23. Clear, pale blonde-golden. Dry, spicy, light juice and clean yeast. Some mineral. No booze. Clean, light, lightly sweet and lightly juicy with some peppery spice and a somewhat abrupt finish.

Not sure if this was draught or poured from a bottle. At the cidery on 12/30/23. Clear, deep bronze-honey. Clean, lightly floral, light acidity and warm spice tones. Soft, gentle honey and not much in the way of honey fermentation character. Low pepper. Bread and baked apple with light pepper and lingering, not overly sweet honey.

Cidery draught, 12/30/23. Clear, pale, white golden. Lots of fleshy notes with a hint of white pepper and a long, rounded, lactic finish. Dry, indeed, with papery, peppery, dried flesh and plentiful malo-lactic notes tending more lactic, though not sharp or too tart. Clean. Very lean.

Cidery draught, 12/29/23. Clear, pale gold. Light carbonation. Some moderate malo-lactic character in the nose with a bit of sweet juice. Vanilla, spice, lingering acidity. Clean, semi-sweet and lightly juicy. Good acidity, reasonable attenuation. Not super characterful, but competently made in the French tradition.

750ml bottle I brought back from Littleton. Sharp. Dry. Drier than you expect. Apples and a little cake icing. 7 4 8 4 14
