Thanks ClarkVV on the crowler share share! Aroma is mild cracker, weak yeast. Flavor has mild malt backbone with a light hop bitterness. I mean, it is a pretty simple brew all around.

Crowler filled 9/11/24, drunk 10/19/24. Clear, peachy-blonde. Smattering of white head. Peachy, apply, fruity yeast and light melon. Cracker and dough malts. Clean, mild. Fruity, lightly bitter, lightly malty. Clean and competent with no thinning or diacetyl. Much better than the fresh stuff. Pepper, fruits, melon, biscuit.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque dark brown with thin ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is roasted malt, vague peanut butter and decent grape jelly. Taste is muddled malt and vague peanut with jelly. Smooth texture, full body, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Needs to emphasize the peanut butter more.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque dark brown, virtually black, with beautiful nitro head with excellent retention and no lacing. Aroma is vague earthy malts. Taste is earthy roasted malt, oats. Smooth texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation and mildly roasted bitter malt finish. Not chocolatey.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Lightly hazy yellow-orange with thin cap of head with good retention and nice ring of lacing. Aroma is honey and malt. Taste is strong honey, bread, lesser fruit. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, no alcohol, and malty, lightly bitter finish. Doesn’t deliver all the subtleties on description.

5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Hazy dark yellow with ring of head and tons of lacing. Aroma is subtle citrus, grapefruit, background malt. Taste follows aroma but greater strength. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and malty finish with light bitterness . Could be hoppier but OK.

Brewery draught, 9/11/24. Deep, hazy, amber-copper-bronze. Small, off-white head slowly to cover. Lots of butter. Fruity yeast too. Hard to find much hop. Mostly butter in the flavor. Big malt, lots of white bread and under attenuated somewhat. Butter dominated. Mild bitterness.

Brewery draught, 9/11/24. Moderately to heavily hazy, deep brass-bronze-maize. Off-white head slowly to light cover. Yeast-forward with huge, fruity esters, maybe some bubble gum and butter too. Light juiciness. A bit soapy, a bit bitter, with plain citrus, lots of white bread sugar. Bit messy and sweet.

Brewery draught, 9/11/24. Clear, rich, honey-blonde-amber. Small, white head. Spicy, nutty, phenolic, lots of rich honey-like character. Rich honey, caramel, white bread, waffle and vanilla. Very malty. Lots of bitterness on the finish with an almost syrupy ice cream sweetness lingering. Peppery bitterness doesn't quite balance.
