5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque dark brown, thin head with good retention, light viscosity and no lacing. Aroma strong maple syrup over coffee, cinnamon and vanilla. Taste is strong maple syrup, eggy French toast, cinnamon and vanilla. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste with lingering roasted bitterness. Totally captured a French toast breakfast--really enjoyed this one!

5 oz. as part of a flight at the brewery. Clear, honey brown, nice sparkle, creamy head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is citrus, orchard fruit and pine. Taste strong pine and malt. Smooth texture, average carbonation and dry, piney, lightly bitterness finish.

5 oz. pour in plastic cup as part of a flight at the brewery. Clear gold, trace sparkle, thin head with good retention, nice webs of lacing. Aroma strong wheat and light cranberry. Taste strong cranberry, wheat and touch of honey. Smooth, medium body, average carbonation, mostly dry wheat finish with light bitterness.

Brewery draught, 10/12/24. Lightly hazy bronze. Small, fluffy, white head. Malty nose with cookies and white bread. Hops are light, adding lime zest, hints of grapefruit and pine. Clean. Lots of bubblegum from the yeast. Moderately malty, not thin at least. A bit sweeter than I'd prefer with low but not non-existent bitterness. Cookies and lime zest. Lots of bubble gum from the yeast. Clean, at least.
