12 ounce can. Clear, honey gold color. Firm, pillowy white head. Nice lacing. Clean, crisp, buttery malt aroma. Flavor upfront hints at lemon peel, semolina bread and herbal hops. Finishes sweet and minerally.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy, orange gold pour. Rocky beige head. Mixed citrus fruit aroma. Tangy citrus fruit flavor upfront. Grapefruit, orange and lemon notes. Bitter hops are right there with the juicy citrus. The toasted white birch bark notes are subtle but present. They add a smoky, earthiness. Medium bodied, yet flavorful. Dank, bitter finish.

16 ounce can. Jet black pour is topped by a large tan whipped cream head. Cascading lace. Milk chocolate nose is reminiscent of a cold glass of Hershey’s chocolate milk. Flavor is bittersweet chocolate, dark roasted malt, charred wood and bitter hops. The sweet vanilla component is barely noticeable. Tasty, nonetheless.
