Bottle from Quack-Duck, many thanks. Dark golden color with medium white head. Malt, honey and bitter hops in aroma. Taste, nice bitter hoppy with floral notes, hints of honey and caramel. Long bitter finish. Nice Märzen.

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a big creamy/foamy white head, that leaves quite rich lace. Aroma is wheat, banana, some sweet malts, mild yeast as well as some mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is wheat, banana, mild spices, some toffee and yeast. A bit too sweet for me.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a clear, golden body and a small- off-white head. Weak aroma where the hops are allowed to dominate the pale malts. Flavorwise it’s much the same, simple but pleasant. Medium body, dry and nicely carbonated. Bitter finish with a fruity touch and some malts in the back. A beer that drinks easy, tastes quite nice, and is quenching. 110128

Leicht muffiger Hefeantrunk mit ordentlich wässriger Portion. Bleibend, minimal bananig werdend. Herber im hinteren Mittelteil, weich, leider hier immernoch wässrig. Da das Bier sich auch im Abgang nicht verändert, lohnt es sich nicht, den Geschmack hier noch einmal zu beschreiben. Monotones aber trinkbares Weizen. 8/6/7/6/6/6

Bottle looks really good, beer in the glass also. Deep golden, nice head. Starts strong, quite spicy, fine malty. Hoppy-dry background. Finish also a bit sourish but the spicy notes are dominating. Really good!

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, deep golden colour with a slightly off-white medium-sized foamy head. Slightly nutty and sweet cara-malty aroma with a bready touch. Sweet flavour with a tinge of bitterness, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Quite dry and plain (cara-)malty taste with bready notes; sweet malt-accented finish with a restrained level of hoppy bitterness. All in all rather unexciting. 16.III.11

Bügelverschlußflasche von Stefan! Deep golden, visible carbonation, medium-sized fluffy off-white head; metallic-grainy nose with a certain amount of sweet malt underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied; slightly increasing hoppiness towards the bitter-grainy finish. Not so overwhelming....

bottle from a local Getränkemarkt. Clear golden colour, large white head. Mild malty aroma with a shy hoppy touch. Solid malty base with a biscuity touch, quite ild. Floral hops tune in, also shy. A pleasant if rather mild Märzen.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, toasted, old hay. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110128]
