Picked this bottle up at a supermarket near Kressbonn, Lake Bodenessee, Germany, 14-06-10 sat drinking it at the camper. Pours light gold in colour with a thin white head. This is clean, malty with a touch of sweetness and a slight metallicyness though not harsh in any way. Some vanilla, enjoyable beer. A6 A4 F7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Picked this bottle up at a supermarket near Kressbonn, Lake Bodenessee, Germany, 14-06-10 sat drinking it at the camper. Pours dark chestnut in colour with a white head. The aroma is clean and nutty ’unripe hazlenuts’ Loz gets a brass like aroma and toffee and caramel. Taste is sweet, touch nutty, soft in mouth but very pleasant beer, no bitterness easy drinking stuff. . A7 A4 F7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Bottle (Dank an Stefan!): Hazy, pale greenish-golden, bigger and stable creamy head; light to moderate almost tannic hoppy nose with a pale-malty and yeasty background; light to moderate dry bitter-sweet flavour, soft and light bodied; lingering dryish hoppy and fruity finish. A goody......

Bottle. It pours a clear, brown body under a finger-thick beige head. The aroma has dried fruits, malts and a generic fresh fruityness. Nice sweetness in the flavor, with dried fruits, a roasted hint and some bitterness. Medium to full body, a bit too much carbonated. Dried fruits and some bitterness in the finish. A pleasant beer, but it lacks on roasted flavors, and isn’t as pronounced as I would like it. 091216

Bottle. It’s a slightly hazy, almost golden beer topped by a finger-thick white head. A bit weak on the nose, with malts, fruits and a doughy touch. The flavor has some malty sourness, and a fruity touch in the finish. Quite low on bitterness Medium body, feeling a bit dead on the palate. Overall, a decent beer, but it doesn’t impress at all. 091216

(bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Yeasty and fresh hoppy aroma with grassy and herbal notes on a light-sweet pale malty background. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly yeasty, pale malty taste with a present hops-character, lingering into the dry and slightly tannic herbal and grassy finish with subtle fruity notes in the aftertaste. A pleasant Zwickel-Pils. 28.IV.10

Bottled (BB 04/2010)
Clear amber color, small white head. Cardboardish, caramelly, a bit grassy nose. Typical German märzen: caramel, grassy hoppyness, quite a lot hops actually for German "festbier". Nice balanced, although not overly interesting.
