Flaske kjøpt på Eurospar Kræmer Tromsø. Aroma malt, plomme, Utseende mørk amber med offwhite skum. Smak, mørke frukter, røsted malt, karamell i bakgrunnen. En rund og fin juleøl som ikke stikker seg ut. God øl

Flaske kjøpt på Eurospar Kræmer Tromsø. Aroma sitrus, karamel, tropisk frukt. Utseende mørk kopperfarget med hvitt skum. Smak karamell, humle, sitrus. Lett bitterhet og frisk, fruktig smak. Godt øl

Medium white head. Clear yellow body with light carbonation and floaties. Lovely aroma of freshly cut wood and soft resin with fruity notes. Dryish spicy freshly cut wood taste with resiny notes. Mid-bodied. Faintly abrasive mouthfeel. Dryish soft resin and freshly cut wood aftertaste with spicy not. Reminiscent of Zoller-Hof pils, but harsher. (0.5l bottle, from Meny Lørenskog Triaden.)

15.08.2016, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is dry floral, weeds, hay, flowers, minerals, old cellar, dried grain, grass, paper, bark. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, hay, minerals, bark, paper, flowers, dried grain, grass, soap. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

Bottle, batch 410. Pours ever so slightly hazy yellow, with a finger thick creamy head. Aroma is crisp, zesty hops, with hay, and light roasted malts with cereals. Medium body with average carbonation. Flavour is bitter, peppery hops with straw and citrus peel, as well as pilsner malts with cereals. Lingering bitter finish.

0.5l bottle from #411. This one pours a mildly cloudy yellow golden colored body with a nice medium sized white head, slowly fading and glass dotting. Smells nice and wheat sweet. A little yeast fruitiness, hay, something that reminds me of clementines. Nice actually. Tastes more dry, really minerallic and not too good to be honest. It has a thin oily texture and it's average on the carbonation. Dry weedy, hay and a thin yeast flavor. Well, it's not bad but I definitely enjoyed the aroma more than the flavor, so it's not a huge favor experience of that matter. 11.06.2016
