Tap. Ours clear deep ruby black- medium creamy tan head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is roasty, a bit of lactose, ashtray. Flavor follows, light sweet, light plus bitter, roasty, ashtray. medium body. Solid for style.

Tap. Cloudy, almost milky golden straw, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is wheat, clove, touch of banana. Flavor is light sweet, minimal bitterness, wheat, touch of lemon, very light clove. Medium body, creamy. Decent.

Tap. Pours crystal clear amber, small off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is pine with a touch of citra. Flavor is a bit if a mess, pine, some caramel, light sweet, light plus bitter, odd, almost medicinal. Light body.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear golden color with a medium fizzy white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark amber color with a medium light beige head that diminishes quickly to an outer rings. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Light to medium body with flavors of bready malt, mild coffee and toffee. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy brownish-amber color with a medium foamy light beige head that recedes gradually. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Roasted malt and pumpkin in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, nutmeg and pumpkin spices. The finish is sweet with a roasted pumpkin aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a hazy dark yellow color with a medium fluffy white head that dissipates quickly. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Wheat and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of bready malt, wheat and mild hops. The finish is malty with a citrus aftertaste. Average overall.

Sample at Jackie O’s as part of Ohio Brew Week. The beer is a dark brownish-amber color with a minimal off-white head and spotty lacing. The aroma consists of caramel malt and fruits. Medium body with a slightly medicinal character and notes of dark fruit, caramel malt and yeast. The finish is fruity with a short malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark caramel color with a small beige head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. The flavor was sweet toasted caramel with moderate cinnamon, nutmeg and clove and a faint pumpkin note. The finish was very long sweet caramel and spice. Medium body. Well done.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a bright orange-caramel color with a medium sided foamy white head that faded and left some lacing. The aroma was faintly tangy and vaguely fruity. The flavor was bitter and tangy with notes of sugar and pine and a light fruity hop presence. The finish was fairly dry and astringent. Medium body. Ok.
