Growler from the brewery. Copper pour, small white head. Very bready, biscuity Aroma with some subtle UK hops. Nice carb, good mouth feel. Slightly boozy, very bready, notes of caramels and brown sugar and loads of bready malts. Nice stuff.

Super fresh growler from the brewery, filled in front of me. Poured into an Erdinger weisbier glass. Hazy, cloudy dark brown with an ample beige head. Aroma is quite nice. Some solid cloves and wheat notes with touches of roasty malts, and some minerals. Nice mouth feel, solid carb, crisp and clean. Finish is dry, low bitterness, great slightly roasty finish with some great toasted wheat flavours. Quite nice. Not sure if it’s brewed after a German recipie or this is a North American dunkel Weiss, but I really like it. It’s crisp, and clean, like a hybrid of an alt, and a dunkelweizen. I find alot of German dubkelweizens have a sweet finish, that this lacks. A plus in my book.

Growler from the brewery. Dark brown pour, I can see through the beer..... Odd for a stout. Off white head. Aroma is roasty, with some soft cocoa notes, and some sweet malts. Mouth feel is thin, carb is thin, and Watery. Finish is slightly sweet, dry, and low bitterness. Pretty meek stout. Looks and tastes like a light Porter or a dark brown ale. A stout, this ain’t.

Growler from the brewery. Black pour, medium beige head. Aroma is quite roasty, with some decent hops, subtle pine, coffee, and cocoa. Solid mouth feel, regular carb. Finish is again, very roasty, but the gops fade. Reminds me of a semi hopped porter. It lacks the big pine resin hop punch i expect from a black ipa. A good beer, just falls a little shot in my opinion.

Growler from the brewery. Hazy orange pour, medium white head. Piney hops, pale malts, pretty standard Aroma. Good mouth feel, good carb. Finish is medium bitter, some pine resins, more pale malts, a little grassy. Pretty run of the mill. Tastes of their rye pale ale, minus the rye.

On tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy brown pour, small off white head. Aroma is hints of apples, solid, but not overpowering cinnamon, and some soft nuttiness. Carb is soft, mouth feel is good. Finish is a. Ice balance of subtle spice with the nuttiness, and low bitterness.

Growler from the brewery. Clear orange pour, small off white head. Lovely aroma of pumpkin, and soft, subtle pumpkin pie spice, with some really nice crust/pastry aroma also. Good carb, and good mouth feel. Low bitterness, great pumpkin pie flavours. The spices are subtle, and not in your face, this is quite a pleasant pumpkin ale. This is how they should be done, this is not a spice bomb, it’s just right.
