Description
The tradition of our house goes back to Wolfgang Pfeffer, who founded the brewery in 1889. He made the recipe for our steam beer. His demands on quality and taste are still the guideline for our art of brewing. Dobre choc moze nie rewelacyjne, fajna zlota lekko metna barwa. Ekologiczne jakby piwo wyraznie zbozowy smak i nawet z cytrusowa nuta, obecna takze w aromacie. Niewoelka biala piana srednio trwala. Krachla mocno strzelila uszedl dymek ale wysycenie jednak podczas nalewania niewielkie.

Beim Öffnen erstmal Gushing. Trübe goldgelbe Farbe mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, Karamell, muffig. Geschmack malzig, säuerlich, leicht bitter.

Bottle share on a train tasting on Bamberg Jolly day 1 24/1/14. Bright golden yellow colour with a halo of light white head. Aroma is spicy hop, pils malt. Flavour is pale malt, some honey and pils malt. Finish is spicy hops and pretty sweet grain. Grainy palate. Slightly watery.

Appearance: Deep golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, sugar, yeast.
Body: Fairly full body, medium carbonation.

Bamberg Bash, Day 1. Train bottle swig. Light haze on this gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and softish. Soft and slightly sweet pale malt. Light floralness and a suggestion of something fruity. Dry finish with a touch of spice.
