Bottled. Clear nut brown. Chocolate aroma. Sweet with some toffee and plenty of buttery malt. Pleasantly warming with near full body and low hop rate. Harrington’s beers are hit and miss, but this is a given hit!

Bottled. Copper colour, rich head. Medium sweet and medium bodied. Really roasty with pleasant full malt profile, notes of of coffee and low-medium bitterness. It’s obvious that the Nelson winters can’t be that severe, but a pleasant beer anyway.

Bottled. Ruby colour, near no head. There’s some grassy hops, but the big raisiny malt character dominates. It’s lightly buttery with low hop rate and low bitterness. The raisiny malt flavour is everything to this beer, making it somewhat one dimensional.

Bottled. Hazy pale amber. Aroma of honey and grainy malt. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. The honey blends with mangoish hops and the grainy malt, low bitterness. Fairly well made, but I just don’t get the idea with these honey ales.
