Tap at Symbiont (where AleBAR used to be). Just lightly hazy dark amber body, thick, creamy off-white head. Creamy, caramelly, resinous aroma, some stone fruit, vaguely buttery. Lean, dry taste, smooth caramelly notes, almost rye-like touches, very big herbal bitterness in the finish. Tries to be a true West Coast IPA, which is a plus, but needs work, it's just too rough.

Tap. Hoppy aroma and taste, malty notes, citrus fruit, resin, light sweetish notes, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy fruity bitter finish. Out of style, but OK.
