Cask gravity at K&ES railway BF 2025. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Some citrus aroma
Very light malts. Very light hops. Light bitterness. Light lemon flavour. Not too exciting.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 30th May 2025. Almost impenetrably black with almost no foam or lace. Rich, roasty coffee aroma. Coffee, dark chocolate and cake fruits in-mouth. Roastiness meets leafy herbs and spices in the finish. Velvet smooth mouthfeel and a lightish body for a stout.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 30th May 2025. Slightly hazy yellow gold with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Hoppy aroma with peel and nutty malts. Rich, tangy fruits in-mouth and a fruity finish. A light body and a smooth mouthfeel .

Cask gravity at Tonbridge Rugby Club Winter Festival.Hazy gold colour lasting white head. A mix of fruits on the aroma. Some decent bitterness on the finish. Some white stone fruit some citrus fruit flavours. The bitterness builds. Some American hop presence. It's an OK apa. Bit earthy. Bit muddled in thd mouth.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 21st October 2024. Pale gold with the shallowest of foam and scant lacing. Pungent aroma with lemony citrus. Soapy citrus, yeastiness and spiciness in-mouth, and a vinous finish echoing some of the liquid drain. Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel.

10/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly/frothy beige head. Aroma is cinnamon, chocolate, malt, vanilla, peanut, caramel. Medium sweetness, light to moderate roasted bitterness. Moderate body, oily, average to soft carbonation. Quite decent.

Cask at the Nottingham beer festival. Clear pale golden colour with a thin head. Aroma and rated are light fruity sweet. Some dryness to finish. Light to medium body.

Gravity cask at the 30th Tamworth Beer Festival, Assembly Rooms, 06/09/24.
Golden amber topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is caramel, biscuit, orange peel.
Taste comprises straw, toasted grains, herb, light stewed fruits.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Passable.

Golden amber topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is grass, orange peel, herb.
Taste comprises light stewed fruit tones, straw, grains, herb.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay stuff.
